Engagements and payments

• Invoices are due as specified in your agreement
• Late payments may impact delivery timelines
• Custom work remains subject to agreed milestones

Intellectual property

All brand assets, code, and deliverables follow the IP terms outlined in your agreement.

• NyussoTechs retains ownership of pre-existing tools
• Client-specific deliverables are licensed or transferred per contract
• Third-party tools remain under their own licenses

Limitations

We are not liable for indirect damages, business interruption, or losses outside the scope of our agreements.

• Services are provided with reasonable care and skill
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• Liability is limited as outlined in project contracts
